List of Prime Factorization Algorithms by Eric W. Weisstein at U of Virginia is the best resource I've found to date on this subject. The reason I started my page, was because there wasn't anything else like his page out there.
Dave Rusin at Northern Illinois University has a nice collection of info in his factoring directory.

MATH / CRYPTOGRAPHY LINKS

Oxford math archives has Lenstra's FreeLIP big integer library, including his ECM routine.
There is a List of books available, in EFF's Crypto Directory, that are all about prime numbers, factoring and such.
Nearly anything that has anything to do with Cryptography can be found at the Internet guide to Cryptography.
Here is a neat Introduction to Cryptography. This is a neat, basic, hands on approach to start you from scratch, so you can learn all about how it all got started, and what is happening today.
This Introduction to Quantum Cryptology is a nice tutorial on Public Key Systems, Shor's algorithm, and Quantum Factoring in general.
Finding Primes can be a hard thing to do. It can be a guessing game. Luckily, The Prime Page has already thought through this and has all sorts of goodies about primes.
